Using a formulated mixture for baby birds (Kaytee Exact, Pretty Bird etc.) and a propperly sized syringe, with a little practice and a lot of patience a person can handfeed a baby finch. Always follow the instructions on the formular container for preperation and if you don't feel comfortable handfeeding a baby finch, seek an avian veterinarian for assistance.
